Green Guide 2: Your Health, Earth Health
(People Get Sick & Die from Chemicals & Pollution)
Green living is a hot buzz word nowadays but I was green a long time because as a kid we had a summer cottage on a lake which helped me develop my ways close to nature. I believe that love of nature is something inherent that you're born with but it's sucked out of us in the modern world.
Don't buy into the capitalist-pop culture world we've created for ourselves as in being a passive spectator-consumer hooked on junk food and don't be a greedy bastard living in extreme material excess while we're all perfectly aware of all the hunger and poverty in the world.
In my twenties, I dabbled in building a log cabin and a cordwood house. Now I feel good because I stayed close to my true nature which I talk about in more depth in A Free Spirit's Search for Enlightenment. I'm not bound up in materialism or socioeconomic status.
I have my health and vitality and I have peace of mind because I'm not a selfish show-off trying to impress others with my socioeconomic status, an artificial value that disrupts the harmony in a person's soul.
The Natural Law of the Universe is be who you were born to be, take what you need and leave the rest.
I got sick from the sulphites in lemon juice then I started getting headaches from something. I think it was aspartame in pop.
I got Dr. Hulda Clark's book Cure for all Cancers and when I read it, I thought she was obsessed with being pure away from all the chemicals in industrial products but she did what nobody else has done. She catalogs almost every product in existence and tells you what's wrong with it.
The modern capitalist industries will not tell you if their products contain materials that are toxic to your health. You have to learn these things for yourself then decide how dangerous all that stuff is and if it's a risk to your longevity and quality of life.

Volume 1. Environmental Toxins Basics
Chapter 1. Environmental Medicine Basics
I'm Wary About Modern Society
There is global warming happening right now but we don't know what is causing it, if it's man or nature. On top of that, it's not urgent. We'll be dead before it greatly damages the world.
For me, the problem is with the chemicals I'm surrounded by. I'd like to see some scientist with credibility test aspartame to see if it really damages people's bodies and how badly if it does.
When I read Dr. Hulda Clark's book a number of years ago, The Cure For All Cancers, I thought why would somebody go to those meticulous lengths to try to avoid or cure cancer? She knows there is a link between all the chemicals we're surrounded by that were created by man to many modern-day diseases.
What about all those wireless waves goin' around including wifi, cellphone waves and even the remote control? Most of us know what a microwave oven does to food. Are those invisible waves doing the same thing to your brain when you hold your cellphone up to it?
If you want to see a thorough analysis of how modern society causes cancer from the American government, read Holistic Cancer Treatments Basics/ 1990 American Government Report (Public Domain Book) which I found for free at scribd.com and buzzle.com.
My concern is the effects of industrialization on our health like all the chemicals in processed foods, the synthetic materials in most things we use all the way from cars to clothes to furniture and all those waves goin' around as with EMFs (electro-magnetic fields from electrical wires), cell phone waves, wifi waves, wireless keyboards, microwaves in ovens, etc. The system-sanctioned scientists say they're all harmless but I don't believe them.
How about aspartame and MSG? Aspartame got approved even after it was commonly known to be a neurotoxin because several high-ranking politicians were doing favors for their friends in the food industry in return for reciprocal benefits.
Most people don't bother with the poisonous ingredients in foods, in chemicals, in synthetic materials or in any other manufactured products until they start getting sick and don't know why.
What do you think helps cause cancer, Alzheimer's, diabetes, autism and the neuromuscular diseases?
I got dizzy and nauseous when I drank lemon juice with sulfites in it. I got bad headaches when I drank pop with aspartame.
I swam in a lake and the next thing I know, I had a big eye floater that damaged my vision until a laser got rid of it. There was nothing else to connect it to except for something in that lake.
You should see my place now. There's almost nothing there unless it's something I absolutely need. The less synthetic stuff and chemicals I'm surrounded by, the better for me. Even bleach is toxic. Read the label.
Why get wireless internet for your home? Use a plug-in modem to contain the waves.
I got one more big point to make. A lot of people are warning us about an impending global catastrophe caused by fat cat elitists in prosperous countries damaging and destroying the environment in order to live their lives of excessive overconsumption but to me, the motives of some of them are not so pure.
Anytime you see a so-called eco-group warning us about global warming or something like that, ask yourself if a profit-driven company selling "green" products is funding them.
I see it as another fraud of a capitalist society. Create a demand then sell it no matter how phony it is. I'm not denying the effects of global warming, just denying how helpful all those so-called green products are in trying to stop it or slow it down. A big part of the fraud is that many of these so-called green products are not so green when they're analyzed by an objective outsider.
Purify Your House 1
Back in the day, you lived in a farmhouse that you built out of wood with sparse furniture you built. You grew your own food, raised cattle, hunted and fished.
Nowadays, we live comfortable lives but we are poisoning ourselves. We are affected by many toxins. The list includes polluted water, chemical fertilizers, indigestible food additives, refined sugars and starches, processed vegetable oils, smoke, smog, other airborne pollution, radiation, synthetic fabrics, home heating fumes, cigarettes, meats laced with hormones and antibiotics, vegetables dosed with pesticides, herbicides and fungicides, plus artificial flavors, artificial colors and artificial food that has nothing but chemicals in it.
Let's start with chlorine in water. They use it because it's a cheap way to kill viruses but it's still toxic to the human body.
They say fluoride (Fluorosilicic acid) is good for us but if you do some research, you find out it's a by-product of the aluminum-making process and it's bad for you. They scrape it off their smokestacks. It's a toxic chemical. It was a great money-maker to say it helps keep teeth strong but based on what I read, this is a bold-faced lie that millions of people believed simply because somebody said it. We have fluorosis and bone disorders that are related to the over-consumption of fluoride.
You can buy chemical-free products. Many household chemicals have been linked to serious diseases. They pose particular risk for children and older people who have weaker immune systems. Chemicals are passed to babies via breastmilk.
Unlike previous generations, our bodies are now contaminated with many man-made chemicals. Many household substances are 'chemicals of very high concern' such as household cleaning products, personal hygiene products, batteries, weed-killers, toothpastes, etc.
Everything we pour down the drain ends up in our water treatment plants to be mixed with more chemicals then recycled and returned to our drinking water supply.
Look at all the chemicals in processed foods.
I asked a few dentists about mercury fillings. They all said it was harmless but then I was listening to the xzone radio show where they said mercury fillings could wear your whole immune system down. Mercury is one of the most toxic substances you can put into the human body aside from radioactive substances. Those teeth are used to chew food and as a person chews, they effectively grind away the surfaces of these mercury fillings. These fillings release gas mercury vapor and mercury particles, which people then breathe into their lungs, or digest in their stomachs.
Here is a list of some pollutants in drinks:
Acetone, in carbonated drinks
Benzene, in store-bought drinking water, store-bought "fresh squeezed" fruit juice
Carbon tetrachloride, in store-bought drinking water
Decane, in health foods and beverages
Hexanes, in decafs
Hexane dione, in flavored foods
Isophorone, in flavored foods
Methyl butyl ketone and Methyl ethyl ketone, in flavored foods
Methylene chloride, in fruit juice
Pentane, in decafs
Propyl alcohol, bottled water, commercial fruit juices, commercial beverages.
Toluene and xylene, in carbonated drinks
Trichloroethane(TCE), TCEthylene, in flavored foods
Wood alcohol (methanol), in carbonated drinks, diet drinks, herb tea blends, store-bought water, infant formula.
Don't eat moldy food, whether it is fruit, breads or leftovers in the refrigerator. Throw them out.
All colognes, aftershave, anything you can smell must be removed.
Aluminum is found in "natural" deodorant advertised as aluminum-free, salt, in cans, in walkers for the elderly, lotions.
Arsenic is found in ant & roach hives, grains of pesticide in carpet & furniture "treated" for stain resistance, in wallpaper.
Asbestos is found in hair blowers, radiator paint, clothes dryer belts.
Lead causes nervous system disorders. We got rid of lead paint and banned the use of lead in foods and cosmetics.
Benzalkonium and zirconium is found in tea bags, in toothpaste, in deodorant, in mouthwash, in cosmetics.
Beryllium is found in hurricane lamps, lawn mowers, kerosene.
Bismuth is found in nail polish & hair spray, spray starch, cologne and stomach aids.
Buy unfragranced products which must not contain isopropyl alcohol.
Buy a bread maker. Use unbleached (unbrominated) flour.
CFCs are found in refrigerators and air conditioners.
Change your copper water pipes to plastic. All cancer cases have copper water pipes, often unbeknownst to them. There is a process available in which an epoxy compound is blown through your copper plumbing to coat the pipe and stop the copper from getting into your water. Do not wear copper jewelry; do not use copper cookware and get the copper dentalware out of your mouth.
Change all the galvanized or copper water pipes to PVC plastic. All cancer patients have a buildup of copper. If you are already anemic, this is your top priority. Copper prevents iron from being used by the body to make hemoglobin. Copper uses up your glutathione. Copper causes mutations.
Check your home for exposed fiberglass. If your home is insulated with fiberglass, seal all holes in your ceilings or walls that lead to insulated areas. If your hot water heater has a fiberglass blanket, remove it. Also check for fiberglass insulation around fans and air conditioners.
Clean up your environment.
Cobalt is found in laundry detergent, in dishwater detergent and mouthwash.
Commercial beverages are toxic due to traces of solvents left over from the manufacturing process.
Dairy products are good for you but most have some artificial ingredients in them.
Do not sleep in a bedroom that is paneled or has wallpaper. They give off arsenic fumes and formaldehyde. Either remove them or move your bed to a different room.
Do not use the hot water from an electric hot water heater for cooking or drinking. It has tungsten.
Do not toast your bread. This makes benzopyrene which inhibits benzene detoxification. Pan fry in butter to toast.
Don't use hair spray.
Don't use mouthwash. Use saltwater (pure salt) or food grade hydrogen peroxide (just a few drops in water).
Eat simple foods, free from solvents and malonic acid.
Eat no meat that hasn't been cooked thoroughly because you have to kill the parasites that could be in it. It must be at cooking temperature (212°F or 100°C) for 20 minutes after salt has been added.
Fiberglass insulation has microscopically small bits of glass that are free to blow into the air which you eventually inhale. You smell nothing and feel nothing. If you can't get rid of fiberglass insulation, plug up holes. Use foam or carbon insulation if possible.
Fiberglass, is found in insulation, water heater jackets, stuffed around fans and air conditioners.
Find dairy products that do not list color as an ingredient.
Buy organic produce whenever possible.
Wash and peel fruit and vegetables before eating.
Avoid the use of pesticides in the home or garden by going organic.
Food lube for heavy-duty machinery introduce benzene into our foods.
Formaldehyde is found in foam mattresses, new clothing, paneling, foam chairs.
Fossil fuels bring with them vanadium. Gasoline and car exhaust similarly bring vanadium. Keep these vapors away from your home.
Avoid canned food: choose fresh, frozen or dried foods instead.
Use non-polycarbonate baby feeding bottles or breast-feed.
Open your windows. Don't use air fresheners.
Use environmentally friendly cleaning products.
Buy natural, organic soap, shampoos and cosmetics.
Use paints, varnishes and glues with a low VOC content or those that are water-based.

Purify Your House 2
The biggest zealot I ever read about regarding toxic chemicals is Hulda Clark's book A Cure for all Cancers. This book deserves the Nobel Prize but because it criticizes modern industry in general, the food industry, many appliances, mercury fillings, aspartame, etc., it didn't get much publicity in the mainstream media.
The truth is that with all these chemicals surrounding us everywhere in our daily lives, nobody really knows what kind of effect they have on destroying our immune systems giving cancer cells the green light to grow in our bodies.
Every chemical toxin we use eventually makes its way into the water supply, the air, the soil and so on.
Most foods have chemicals in them. Our vegetables are full of pesticides and even food color so they look better at the store.
An ingredient called MIT found in shampoo is known to cause brain cancer.
Any metal in the mouth as a result of dental treatment is bad. Mercury is one of the most toxic substances you can put into the human body. As a person chews; they grind away the surfaces of these mercury fillings. These fillings release gas mercury vapor and mercury particles which people then breathe into their lungs, or digest in their stomachs.
Aspartame is an excitotoxin, a neurotoxic chemical that breaks down in your body into both formic acid and formaldehyde.
Chemotherapy desires the entire immune system. It works by killing all cells, the cancerous and the healthy cells.
Chlorine to clean the water supply is toxic. Read about the toxicity of chlorine gas.
Clothes dryers are our biggest source of asbestos. It comes from the belt. It comes out through the cracks along the sides and around the exhaust outlet. Install a new belt "Made in USA" because they don't have asbestos in them.
Dryer sheets are coated in a layer of toxic chemicals.
Fluoride is a toxic waste that's regulated by the EPA. It's illegal to dump it into a river but it is perfectly legal to drip it into the public water supply and let people drink it. Fluorosis and bone disorders are related to the over-consumption of fluoride. There's no good science behind any of the fluoride arguments. There are no studies that show the ingestion of fluoride decreases the incidence of dental cavities.
Have the house tested for radon.
Holmium is found in paint, varnish, shellac, hand cleaners.
Hydrogenated oils don't go bad so food manufacturers don't lose money from food spoilage. They bubble hydrogen gas through liquid oil using a catalyst like nickel which create extra hydrogen atoms that attach to the molecules in oil which makes them solid at room temperature.
Hydrogenated oils like hydrogenated vegetable oil are basically artificial fat that cause heart attacks, birth defects, etc. It's used primarily as a preservative to help chips and other foods last longer but it's not worth it. They bubble hydrogen gas through liquid oil.
Hydrogenated oils or partially-hydrogenated vegetable oil is an artificial fat that causes cardiovascular heart disease, destroys the healthy functioning of the nervous system, causes brain disorders and birth defects.
If your digestion isn't strong enough for raw vegetables or fruit, make juice.
If you have copper pipes, let water run before using it.
If you have gas heat or a gas water heater or stove, ask your local Health Department to come out to check for leaks. Your gas company does not have sensitive equipment to find small leaks. Have a furnace repair person check your furnace and flue. Better yet, switch to all electric heat and cooking.
Lead is found in regular and health store detergents, men's hair color restorer and solder at joints of copper pipes.
`
Vanadium is found in diesel fuel, eyebrow pencils, water softener salts, leaks in pipes to gas stove, furnace, water heater, in candles.
Lead causes nervous system disorders.
Many foods are polluted with benzene.
Mercury and thallium, found in tooth fillings, sanitary napkins, cotton balls, dental floss, toothpicks, cotton swabs.
Molybdenum is found in lipstick, in bus exhaust, in "molys".
Most shampoo, cologne, perfume, deodorant, antiperspirant and other personal care products are full of toxic chemicals. They contain solvents, carcinogens and compounds that have strong liver toxicity. Anything you put on your skin enters your body through pores.
Most processed foods contain toxic solvents due to the processing.
Most prescription drugs have some bad side effects. The morale is that drug companies are more interested in making money by selling toxic drugs than they are in really helping people because if they wanted to help people, they would be promoting natural cures not pills.
Most cosmetics, bodycare products and metallic jewelry are full of chemicals and metals that are bad for you. Find substitutes.
Move any car tires and automotive supplies like waxes, oil, transmission fluid and the spare gas can (even if it is empty) into your garage or discard them.
Nickel is found in metal watch bands, metal jewelry worn on the skin, metal glasses frames, metal tooth fillings and retainers.
No manufactured product is absolutely pure.
Prescription drugs are so toxic that lots of people die from using them correctly. All drugs poison the liver.
Processed meats have MSG and sodium nitrites in them which have been clinically shown to produce a dramatic increase in the incidence of cancer. Sodium nitrite mixes with the digestive juices of your stomach and creates a class of chemical compounds called nitrosamines which are carcinogens.
Remove everything that has any smell to it: candles, potpourri, soaps, mending glue, cleaners, repair chemicals, felt markers, colognes, perfumes and plug-in air "fresheners".
Remove all cans, bottles, roach and ant killer, mothballs and chemicals that kill insects or mice.
Remove all possible formaldehyde. Wood paneling, foam mattress, new furniture, new clothing have all been sprayed with formaldehyde.
Remove all cans and bottles of "stuff" from the bathroom, to the garage. The chlorine bleach is stored in the garage.
Remove all paint, varnish, thinners, brush cleaners and related supplies. Remove all cleaners such as carpet cleaner, leather cleaner, rust remover. Remove all chemicals that are in cans, bottles or buckets. Put them in a building separate from your house.
Remove all possible arsenic. Throw out ant killer compound, roach killer, mouse-bait, lawn chemicals, house plant spray and pesticide. Steam clean the carpets. Clean the cloth furniture. Wallpaper glue contains arsenic.
Remove all the chemicals from your house. Put them outside or in a separate building. Remove all paint cans, paint or varnish removers, even though they are tightly closed.
Remove all unnatural chemicals from your mouth, diet, body and your home.
Sodium nitrite, a meat preservative, increases the risk of pancreatic cancer.
Splenda is an artificial sweetener where they remove some atoms from sugar and replace them with atoms of chlorine which is a poison in gaseous form.
Splenda is made by removing some of the atoms from sugar and replacing them with chlorine atoms.
Stop smoking.
Switch to natural cleaners.
Take all cans and bottles of chemicals out from under the sink or in a closet. Remove them to the garage. Keep only the borax, white distilled vinegar and bottles of concentrated borax and 50% vinegar you have made.
The original safety recommendation panel at the FDA recommended that aspartame be denied approval as a safe food ingredient but the lobbying interests and their politician friends got it passed. Aspartame is a neurotoxic chemical. It breaks down into formic acid and formaldehyde.
Titanium is found in eye liner, water running through old metal pipes, face powder & other powders and in metal dental ware.
To clean teeth, use salt dissolved in water or brush with hydrogen peroxide food grade, not the regular variety.
Toilet paper and tissues should be unfragranced, uncolored.
Tungsten is found in electric frying pans, tea kettles, in hair curlers, in electric water heaters, in toasters.
Use natural laundry supplies: borax, white distilled vinegar, chlorine bleach and homemade soap.
Use vinegar on your kitchen wipe-up cloth to leave a residue that keeps out ants. Pour vinegar all around your house outside, using one gallon for every five feet, to deter ants. Do this several times a year.
Use a non-Freon fridge. Freon ones leak and fill the air with poison. By being non-degradable, the liver has no chemical reactions with which to detoxify it so it stays in the body. Drink ozonated water to remove it. Buy a small ozonator/
Virtually every cosmetic and personal care product you use is made with toxic fragrance chemicals, solvents, carcinogens and compounds. Anything you put on your skin gets into the body through the pores. If this was not true, why do they use testosterone and nicotine patches?
Vitamin supplements are heavily polluted with the solvents used in food processing: benzene, isopropyl alcohol, wood alcohol, xylene, toluene, methylene chloride, methyl ethyl ketone, methyl butyl ketone and others.
Wash fruits and vegetables to get any pesticides off them.
Yttrium is found in foil packaging, over the counter drugs, plastic tooth fillings, vitamins and supplements, prescription drugs.

Environmental Medicine Info
Many poisons accumulate in the body over time and remain there to cause diseases later on. You might feel fine while toxic levels of a chemical build up in your body until they overwhelm you or destroy an important part of your body.
Everything is inter-related. When illegal dumping or a sewage spill affects the groundwater somewhere and the cows drink it then we drink their milk and eat their meat, we take in pollutants so nobody is immune regardless of how safe you think you live.
There are many actions a homeowner can take to select products that will prevent indoor air problems from occurring.
First, use exterior grade pressed wood products made with phenolformaldehyde resin in floors, cabinetry and wall surfaces or, as an alternative, consider using solid wood products.
Secondly, if you plan to install wall to wall carpet on concrete in contact with the ground, especially concrete in basements, make sure that an effective moisture barrier is installed prior to installing the carpet.
Do not permanently adhere carpet to concrete with adhesives so that the carpet can be removed if it becomes wet.
Those pink insulation sheets in many homes are made of fine glass fiber and if there's a leak into a ventilation system like heating or cooling, these fine fibers can spread through the house and cause all manner of malady.
Provide proper drainage and seal foundations in new construction. Air that enters the home through the foundation can contain more moisture than is generated from all occupant activities.
Become familiar with mechanical ventilation systems and consider installing one. Advanced designs of new homes are starting to feature mechanical systems that bring outdoor air into the home.
Some of these designs include energy efficient heat recovery ventilators also known as air-to-air heat exchangers.
Ensure that combustion appliances such as furnaces, fireplaces, wood stoves and heaters are properly vented and receive enough supply of air.combustion gases, such as carbon monoxide and particles can be back drafted from the chimney or flue into the living space if the combustion appliance is not properly vented or does not receive enough supply of air.
Back drafting can be a particular problem in weatherized or tightly constructed homes.Installing a dedicated outdoor air supply for the combustion appliance can help prevent back drafting.
Indoor air quality problems are not limited to homes. In fact, many office buildings have significant air pollution sources. Some of these buildings may be inadequately ventilated.
For example, mechanical ventilation systems may not be designed or operated to provide adequate amounts of outdoor air.
People generally have less control over the indoor environment in their offices than they do in their homes. As a result, there has been an increase in the incidence of reported health problems.
A number of well identified illnesses, such as Legionnaire's disease, asthma, hypersensitivity pneumonitis and humidifier fever, have been directly traced to specific building problems.
These are called building related illnesses. Most of these diseases can be treated, nevertheless, some pose serious risks.
Sometimes building occupants experience symptoms that do not fit the pattern of any particular illness and are difficult to trace to any specific source. This phenomenon has been labeled Sick Building Syndrome.
In the opinion of some World Health Organization experts, up to 30 percent of new or remodeled commercial buildings may have unusually high rates of health and comfort complaints from occupants that may potentially be related to indoor air quality.
Call the National Institute for Occupational Safety &Health (NIOSH) for information on obtaining a health hazard evaluation of your office at 800-35-n-each or contact the Occupational Safety and Health Administration, osha.gov, 202- 219-8151.
Some of this may be paranoia, yes, but it's worth getting a problem checked out in case there is a real health hazard there.
From a legal point of view, anyone involved in the selling of a real estate property must inform the other party about the risks and liabilities imposed by environmental hazards.
Environmental Hazards Info
Environmental hazards are substances anywhere that can have adverse effects on the health of anyone. Reproductive hazards are environmental hazards that affect the fetus's health in pregnant women.
The inventory of possible environmental hazards is enormous should you want to be paranoid and meticulous but generally the most common environmental hazards are as follows:
Acid rain.
Animal waste run-off.
Asbestos.
Bacteria, mold from water in the house trapped in the walls, ceilings, etc.
Carcinanegics in our consumer products.
Carbon monoxide.
Contaminated ground and surface water.
Dangerous materials used in the construction of the house.
Dangerous materials in consumer products.
DDT.
Electromagnetic fields.
Fertilizers.
Hazardous materials.
Landfill dumps.
Lead, other heavy metals.
Leaks from storage tanks.
Living close to a major pollutant like a factory.
Living on land that was once used as a dump site/ toxic dump site.
Living close to large electrical wire networks; electro-magnetic fields/ EMFs.
Mercury dental fillings.
Nitrates, chemicals in food.
Paint.
Pesticides.
Petroleum products.
Poor air quality.
Radioactive hazards, radiation.
Radon.
Smog, ozone depletion, nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide.
Tainted drinking water.
Tobacco smoke.
Volatile organic compoubds/ VOCs.
Some hazards, such as radiation from the sun, occur naturally. Most result from human activities, often from industry and development.
Radiation, energy in the form of waves or particles that occurs all around us is vital to life, However, in some forms, radiation can be highly dangerous.
Although radiation therapy is good in cancer therapy, ultraviolet radiation, cosmic rays, x-rays and gamma rays are all forms of high-frequency radiation called ionizing radiation which is toxic to the human body.
Low-frequency electromagnetic radiation in the form of emissions from computers, televisions, other appliances and electrical power lines is controversial at best.
Some people say it's dangerous, others laugh and call those people a bunch of liberal wackos and invite them to go back to living in caves if they don't want to use the modern conveniences.
Obviously, the corporations in the business of these products that incidentally release radiation downplay the danger and actually produce test results that confirm this while the other side comes out with statistics of all the people who get cancer who live near power lines and/ or use radiation emitting gadgets a lot.
Beyond these environmental contaminants, there are plenty of potential dangers in ordinary household substances. Some of these are clearly marked poison but many others are not so be careful about everything you use.
Environmental Toxicology Info
Environmental Toxicology is the study of how chemicals move within the environment and affect animals, people and plants.
It's about all the toxins found in our everyday environment like lead, uranium, pcbs, radon, electromagnetic waves, asbestos, ultraviolet radiation from the sun, drugs, gasoline, motor oil, household cleaners, pesticides, substances in food, artificial sweeteners, MSG, chemicals, chlorine, mercury, flouride, residue from nuclear power plants, etc. They say many diseases are at least partially caused by environmental toxins. It's possible that toxins in the air, water or soil can make entire communities sick.
Up until nowadays, we just accepted all the processed materials in our houses, cars and food but now we're starting to realize that all this system causes diseases.
There are two critical factors:
1.) The dose of the poison.
2.) The strength of our immune system to fight the toxin off.
There's a huge movement out there concerned that pollution and the artifacts of a high-tech lifestyle, namely that the products in our homes contribute to our medical demise.
If you're pregnant or raising small children, be especially careful about what you take in and what might be around that could be polluting and destroying your children.

Endocrine Disrupting Chemicals Info
There are chemicals in many things we use, in many things we eat and there are even chemicals in our water.
Some people say that all the birth control pills and mental health drugs that people use is expelled through urine and goes into the water supply where it has made a lot of young boys and men impotent and caused feminizing effects in men.
Some people think they make people fat.
There are other negative results of endocrine-disruptor chemicals according to activists but there is no solid proof so the big companies simply say you can't prove it.

Body Toxicity Info
Many of our illnesses and diseases are caused by the chemical toxins in our environment. By themselves, environmental toxins may not harm you but if you look at all the chemical pollutants you take in through the food you eat, the air you breathe, through your skin and through the water you drink, they could all add up to be the cause of whatever is ailing you including major diseases.
There are many indoor and outdoor pollutants that interfere with our ability to breathe clean air and live pure, natural lives. Some of the pollutants in the air are ozone, carbon monoxide, pesticides, sulfur oxides, etc. As well, many of the machines in our homes give off toxic air all the way from furnaces to air conditioners.
There are pollutants from the ultraviolet radiation from the sun.
There is pollution from radiation in our machines like computers and TVs and pollution in the air from all the nuclear bombs that have been detoinated.
There are microwaves and electro-magnetic radiation.
Many of the foods we eat have toxic chemicals, food additives, transfats as well as free radicals.
Lead in drinking water causes high blood
pressure.
Paints and solvents are loaded with
toxic chemicals and gasses.
Many of the processed foods we eat contain hormones, antibiotics, preservatives, dyes,
pesticides, sulfur and other toxic additives that pollute your vital organs.
Toxins are stored in fat so the more fat you have, the more toxins you are carrying in your body. This causes premature aging and chronic fatigue not to mention that it slow destroys your health.
There are heavy metals in some of our water supplies. It doesn't hurt to install a water filter to filter the water once more after it comes out of the tap.
Cologne and perfume have an ingredient called toluene which causes headaches,
asthma, seizures and even terminal diseases.
Even mercury dental fillings once routinely used, releases metals into your body that help weaken your immune system.
What about pesticides sprayed on the fruit and vegetable crops you eat or the chemicals injected and fed to the meat, poultry and fish products you eat?
You have to constantly detoxify your system even if you try to live purely away from chemicals because they're everywhere. The best way for me is do aerobic exercise. It makes you sweat and at the same time, you breathe in oxygen which destroys free radicals.
Body toxicity is a term that refers to poisoning via such things as heavy metals, drugs, chemicals, pollution, recreational drugs, food additives, pesticides, carbon monoxide, city treated water, microwaves, bacteria, viruses and the list goes on.
These things get into the body through the skin and the orifices (nose, mouth, ears, eyes and privates). One doctor advises to wash all the time because dirt on the body weakens the immune system which must constantly fight it.
Research has shown that many substances stay in the body long after they're ingested with a multitude of negative effects. Some even coagulate in certain areas like the liver and the kidneys causing major damage over time.
Cells are influenced by surrounding cells so if you get sick, polluted cells'll divide and grow as well as spread their sickness to other cells.
The solutions are:
Education about the toxins in your environment.
Drink lots of water to flush toxins away.
Do anything to make you sweat like a sauna or exercise will flush toxins away. The fatter you are, the more polluted you'll be because fat absorbs toxins.
Minimize the use of prescription and OTC drugs.
Stick with basic foods to avoid the chemical additives in processed foods some of which can't be digested so they remain in the body coagulating somewhere.
Go to the #611-613 section of the library to find books on nutrition and exercise.
Brain Toxicity Info/ Neurotoxicity
Brain toxicity is when toxic food, chemicals or substances get into the body through the mouth, the skin or through the air we breathe and pass through the blood-brain barrier thereby toxifying our brains which could cause headaches and tumors, even death.
Many toxic minerals such as mercury, lead, aluminum, cadmium, copper and arsenic can cause very severe damage to the brain. The brain blood barrier is a safety valve that doesn't allow these toxic minerals to pass to the brain unless the liver is overloaded.
If you have bad headaches, it could be something getting into your brain like aspartame, a neuroexcitotoxin.
Chemotherapy causes brain toxicity.
This is a good reason to not mess with drugs, inhalants, alcohol, etc. This is the reason I gave up a hobby of using mind-altering substances.

Industrial Disease Info
The term "industrial disease" has two meanings:
1.) It's a legitimate form of disease caused in the workplace usually by the presence of toxic chemicals which hurts people who work in their presence over time.
2.) It's a general term for the effects of the modern world on people in general with all the toxins, chemicals, noise, light, etc. we're exposed to routinely everyday.

Metal Toxicity Info
Some metals help give your body minerals but it's very easy to go to toxic levels. The bottom line is that most metals are bad for you. They accumulate in organs, precancerous tissue and tumors.
I've read Dr. Hulda Clark's book where she starts off saying get all metals out of your mouth, not just mercury, all metals then she attacks the copper pipes your water comes through. Little flakes of metals break off and get into your body where they not only reak havoc on your immune system but add to the toxins already in benign tumorous tissue.
Most dairy products in supermarkets were polluted with copper, cobalt, vanadium, urethane, tartrazine and scarlet red dye.
At the very least. white blood cells are busy removing aluminum, nickel, mercury, copper, etc. when they should be fighting bacteria, viruses and cancer cells.
Remove the burden of metals from your body by avoiding foods with chemicals in them as much as possible. All the machines, the lubrication and the additives used in making processed foods increases their metal content.

Chapter 2. Environmental Disease Basics
Environmental Illness/ Multiple Chemical Sensitivity/ MCS
A lot of illnesses and diseases are said to be caused by the modern-day, industrialized, polluted world we live in like chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, autism, candida, allergies, Gulf War Syndrome and multiple chemical sensitivity. Some people go so far as to say many of our neurological disorders like MS or epilepsy are caused by things in the environment.
Whether we realize it or not, merely by living in the modern world surrounded by all our products, chemicals and toxins, we're all slowing killing ourselves through pollution.
Sometimes the effects are immediate but more often, they build up in
